According to Ken Berger of CBS Sports Michael Beasley remains on the radar for teams such as the Celtics, Nets, Magic and Lakers. This isn’t really news or an update at all. This rumor has been flying around like crazy and is probably on hold because of all the uncertainty surrounding the Dwight Howard situation. Berger also brings up some other names that haven’t received as many headlines, Anthony Tolliver and Wayne Ellington. The Wolves have also been calling around gauging interest in them in hopes of moving them. Both haven’t received any playing time for as long as I can remember, so losing them wouldn’t do much damage on the Wolves rotation. However, hard to see other teams seeing much value in them but it is worth a try. Look for the Wolves to make a minor move like this as the deadline approaches in hopes of getting a late 1st round pick since they don’t have one this year (Marko Jaric trade).
