The first round of the WNBA Playoffs begin tonight for the Minnesota Lynx at Target Center. The Lynx begin the playoffs with the leagues best record of 27-7 and will face the San Antonio Silver Stars who have a record of 18-16. The Lynx are 4-0 this season against the Silver Stars. The first two games were won by buzzer beaters and the final two were won by 10 and 11 points. The first round, best of three series, will start tonight at 8pm at Target Center (NBATV), game 2 will be played Sunday at 4pm at San Antonio (ESPN2), and game 3 if necessary will be played Tuesday at Target Center (TBA). The Lynx and their star studded roster have had high expectations all season. Tonight will be their first step toward reaching their goal of a championship.
